Chef Rasel in his whites early in his career

He learned the trade under Brian Turner and Paul Bates at The Biltmore London Mayfair, and has since cooked for members of the Royal Family. Today he runs one of London's best-known halal fine dining steakhouses, working across Pan-Asian, classic French and modern British, with pastry training that shows on every dessert menu he writes.
